Graphic Tablet Art Fun

Well, I've been having fun, lately, using my boyfriend's electronic graphic tablet art pad. Yes, the "pen" is much easier to use, than a mouse--less jerky--but one has to get used to drawing in a different place than directly onto the screen. But, hey!, yeah!, it's not much different to, say, doing some of Betty Edwards' right-brain drawing exercises like, for example, "blind contour drawing" etc.

It was lots of fun; and I should get a graphic art pad of my very own, someday, as, yes!, the line is so very much sharper and clearer!!!

Gift Wrapping--make your own!!!

Look at these fun gift wrapping designs I knocked together in the computer paintbox. You, too, can do the same, and make nice original wrapping papers for friends and family. It costs only a little ink and imagination.

Chimp Art

What about the man who, years ago, scandalised the abstract art world by giving a chimpanzee some paints and a canvas?

Not knowing of the artist's identity, the experts were rapturous in their appreciation of, and intellectualisation about, the simian's output.

Actually Paid

I actually get paid advertising money from people who visit my bloggery, here. So I guess that means I'm a paid artist. A lot of artists don't even make a cent. I make a cent, so I am very lucky!

Forget-me-nots

Well, these pretty blue flowers look like Forget-me-nots, but I don't remember having this in mind when I drew them.

I knew a lady, once, forty years ago, now, and she had pretty wild Forget-me-nots growing in her lawn.

Summer Sun

Didn't do any bloggery this past few months. The terrible heat slowed me down. But I'm feeling better, lately, as the temperatures get cooler again. And am now more blog-inclined. Don't have to spend all my time watering trees.

Here is a picture of the sun, maybe.
